Yes the price is pretty good. I usually get mine at the local Ford dealer (late model 4.2 F-150) and pay about $110 for a set. The gaskets are actually made by felpro and can be purchased from auto parts suppliers for around the same price as that website.
There are a couple brass brads/rivets that need to be removed for use on our engines and more importantly the block and heads require a fresh deck and a much smoother surface or the gaskets won't seal. So unless your rebuilding the engine and planning on some serious performance upgrades, your better off using the regular felpro blue composite gaskets.
