Whats the diameter of 5% and 10% pulley's

what is the diameter oif the 5% and 10% pulleys. My stock one is 3.5 inches across from top of ribbing to top of ribbing. I am looking to buy a 10% pulley off someone that is why. Just want to make sure its actually a 10% pulley.

I believe the 10% is 2.8"
