If I was to have a block bored .030" over would I be able to use .030" oversize rings w/ stock size pistons or would I have to get new oversize pistons?

Also, if I wanted to go with an aggressive cam with my stock valve heads, would I need to get shorter pushrods? If so where would one order these pushrods?

You have to use oversize pistons as well.:)
On the cam: More than likely you are going to need longer pushrods.

even w/ a high lift high duration cam?

changing the bore of the cylinders won't effect the displacement right? I know if I change the stroke the displacement goes up.

Yes overboring will increase your displacement, but not by much.
You have to get longer pushrods because the only way to make a different cam for the SC is to regrind an old used cam. When that is done the base cirle of the camshaft is smaller and will create slack in the valvetrain.
