dude its just the bearing.... The whole hub must be replaced. I work at car quest and its about 60 bucks for a new hub and bearing with a 1 year garentee.
 
As has been stated. That is one dry, and now failing wheel bearing.

The dry is the scraping sound. The failing is the clunking sound.
