jbl stereo wiring removal

does anyone know if the wire harness for the jbl premium stereo is removable? i don't really have much use for it anymore and i have a pile of wires laying in the trunk getting in my way. just wondering if the harness was seperate or if there are other needed wires in the harness.

to my knowledge you can remove it and not worry about damaging anything else, but if I were you I'd keep it in there in case you want to sell the car at a later date.
