well... as u guys know... i yanked out the OLD ABS crap from my car. the thing wasent working out for me... well any ideas what i should replace it with? one from a MUSTANG.... TAURUS? my SC is a 91 AOD. Also i was reading that a BRAKE BOOSTER or whatever its called requires atlease 16 Inches of VACUUM? What does that mean? On my gauge it reads around 17 - 18 on the vacuum side. If i put a OVERDRIVE pulley will it create more vacuum? or what? let me know please... thank you very much..

You need the master cylinder from a car that has 4 wheel disc brakes or the device will not have enough volume to operate the rear brakes.

As far as the vac. question...it depends on the components you buy as to how much vac. they require. Putting a OD pulley on the SC should have no effect on the vac. you pull. The vac. may go away quicker as you accelerate but the steady state value when crusing should remain unchanged.
