Solid rubber motor mounts too tall?

I bought a set of motor mounts from SCP a couple of weeks ago.
On their web site now, they are now offering STOCK HEIGHT mounts. It says their earlier ones were taller by 3/16". Will my "taller" mounts affect anything, such as driveline angle or hood clearance with my raised SC top? Or, do I have nothing to worry about?

Thanx for your time and assistance.

Can you provide a little more info?

Motor mounts should be right at 3" tall, how tall are yours?

I'd call SCP and see what they are talking about.

The solid mounts do cause the engine to sit a bit higher due to the fact that they are solid and don't compress as much as the liquid filled ones. For some SC tops, this does cause a fitment problem.

If SCP has some different mounts, they may be able to resolve that height issue for some people. But the difference isn't enough to cause issues with angles.

The Sealed Power solid mounts do raise the engine a bit. The only problem I've had is that I had to remove my Kenny Brown strut tower brace due to clearance issues. My intent was to make some spacers, but I might have to give Bill a call.......
