Intermitent Check Engine Lite (no code set)

My 94 SC's C/E lite comes on when I'm going up hill between 35 to 50 MPH in OD. The car also gets a little sluggish. When I crest the hill top and start down it goes out and does not come back on until I go up another hill at the same speed. It does not set a code. If I go faster then 55 up the same hill, I have no problem. I don't know if any of the mods (see below) I have done would cause this. Anyone one else have this problem and, if so, what is the fix?

Stangbanger67............I was wondering if someone was going to confirm my suspicion about the fuel pump. I have 84,XXX miles on the car and it has the original fuel pump. I have a 190 L/H pump I bought from Bill Evanoff but have not had the chance to change it out. Thanks for the feedback!
