What is your experience with Bosche ignition wires on the SC?

I will be replacing plugs & wires soon, and do not want to use Motorcraft as they apparently do not have a strong inner core for tolerating stress.

Have you any other suggestions that may be superior to Bosche? I would like to buy them offline.

Go to Autozone and get the Bosch with the Lifetime Warranty. They will probably have to order them in (mine did). I have used them on both of my SC's and they worked without a problem and ran quite nicley, 4 years later and they are still on. They are 8mm as well.

Have they handled the heat well? And how well are the clips built which go on to the coil pack? By any chance do you remember how much you paid?

I think they were 44 bucks. Handled the heat well with no problems. And all connections were tight.

And the way the warranty works, is like this. If the wires go bad you get your new ones for free.
