ok i cant remeber if when you have your lights on the middle part of the trunk lid is supposed to be litt or if it just looks like it is due to reflection?
 
The '92-'95 SC will lite up, where as the '89-'91 SC is just a reflector. I.E. If you have the big one piece rear panel, it doesn't light up.
