With the pulley off, it should be self evident. Did you remove the pulley yet? If not, rent or borrow the proper tool from the auto parts store or a buddy, and pull the pulley off.

No i didnt take the pulley off.. Is it just a standard pulley remover? i have a couple of them. It looks like the center turns with the pulley, but i'll try it anyway.

It's a standard "Power Steering" pulley remover. Don't use any other type. Jaw pullers don't work. Don't pull on the edges of the pulley. YOu have to pull on the hub in the center. It's a interference fit.

There are specific pullers for those pullies.
