headgasket recall

hey can anyone tell me where to send the receipt for my headgaskets to get the money back from ford. they sent me a recall notice and i cant find it and it sed if i already had it done they would reimburse me.

yeah if it had under 100000 miles on it and you can go to the ford dealer and they can tell you wear to send it how much was it i just blew a gasket
