New time, finally in the 14s...

Just ran my car (95 5-speed) today for the first time after my latest mods, best of 14.871@95.45mph with a nasty 2.399 60'. I was wheelhopping real bad so I launched it really soft.

Mods:
2 1/4" downtubes (thanks Wynn) to dynomax catback
ZR Intake
75mm Pro-M MAF
3/4" Raised top (installed yesterday)
B&M Ripper shifter

I think low 14s are definately possible with some practice. Ive got some 3.27s, underdrives, and DRs sitting around which should hopefully get me fairly close to 13s with a perfect launch.

In a 5-speed, you'll need to have trap speeds around 99-100 mph to see a 13.0

Well I consider "fairly close" to be 14.0-14.2, which should be possible with a couple more mods and a ~2.1 60'. For now Im just happy to have reached my goal of a 95mph trap speed.

Damn elevation is keeping me out of the 14's . . . ran a 15.06 at 89 at 2300 feet. Also ran a 15.17 @ 91 at 3500 feet, the 15.17 corrects to a 14.53 @ 95.17, my fastest corrected time.
