You don't need to rebuild the snout just because it is leaking. Only if run dry, or if you are hearing noise from it.


Chicago rawhide makes the seal, #7966 for the stock replacement or #7968 for a better than stock seal. (the better one is about 4 times the cost of the stock replacement depending on the source)

Tbird88 might be able to source you the seal.
Or your local auto parts store can source you the seal.

Pulley's don't leak.

If you want some help, then you've come to the right place, but learn to ask better questions.
 
My 7966 seals weep a little fluid and don't seal completely. Try the 7968 seal. It's nytrile and stainless springs instead of neoprene and steel springs.
