I'm taking out my A/C controls and having a problem getting a plug to come loose, it's on the left side....looks like a black antenna wire, I can see in the little hole that you have to squeeze both sides and then pull out but what do I use? There's no way I can fit needle nose pliers or 2 screw drivers in there. If you've removed the controls before I'm sure you know what I'm talking about. PLEASE help me before I break it. Thanks.

You have to compress the 2 plastic halves until they fit into the opening. I used a small pair of needle nose pliers on mine, but you might be able to use a small openend cresent wrench. It just has to be small enough to fit on both sides of the plastic lock and slide it up to compress the 2 halves.
