AOD to 5 Speed

So I found a SC I really want to get. It is in great shape and it has very low miles. The only problem is that its automatic. I was wondering how much work it is to put a 5 speed in it. Is this something that is worth the money to do or should I just forget about it and live with the AOD. By the way, it's a '94 if that makes a difference.
