throw-out bearing

If my throw-out bearing is bad how will my car react? Will it..

1. when at a constant speed feel like something is dissengauging, and then reengaugeing

2. when in gear and slowing down something feeling like something is dissengauging, and then reengaugeing

My 35th is doing this and I have no idea why. When I am on the gas it is fine, no slip or whatever.

I also have a start-up problem where it stumbles and dies unless you put your foot on the gas. It only does this the first time I try to start it and then the rest of the day it is fine. Then when I turn it over a second time it runs fine and acts like nothing has ever happend before. I have been told to change the IAB, did that, and also to check my fuel pressure. I will be doing this tomarrow to see what I get and will post back with my findings. Could the two problems be related to one and other? Any help is always appreciated!

Thanks!
Shane
