Does anyone know any mechanics who are experts in Supercoupes in the Chicagoland area?

There aren't many chicagoland mechanics who like to tackle the almighty sc. I even had a guy at the tranny shop tell me the thunderbird never came with a 5spd. I've become a DIY person with my sc. It can be a real pain at first, but it really isn't a hard car to work on. All you need is tools, patience, and PB blaster for them rusty bolts.

cant help you with the mechanic question...but im from mt greenwood. right by alsip. us SC guys gotta stick together....mechanics near us are poopie. i found that out the hard way

I can see the 89-95 SC going the way of the 57 F-code Bird-the 57 F-Code had one of the earliest Paxton centrifugals in the world-and no one likes to work on them!
