Kind of funny story so I put it here. I was driving to work this morning and a 200? Z28 decided to mess with me. Some young kid. He saw me and kind of jumped his car a little as he passed by me. Well I couldn't take that so I romped on it and blew passed him. I guess he thought he got a bad wrap so he ran passed me and then got into one lane in front and stepped on it. Well I stepped on it too and then took the open lane next to him and passed him at like 100. As if that wasn't good enough, we stopped side by side at a stop light and he wanted more. A little revving at the light and light turns green and I smoked him baaaaddddddd, had him by a car by the time we got across the intersection and just kept walking away from there until I hit third and figured he didn't need to be embarrassed anymore. He finally stopped. I love my car:D

You must have some good mods to pull on a Z28 man!:D About what year was the Z28, and what are your mods?
Either way "good kill" ! I hate those bowtie bastards!:p

It was like a 2001 or 2002 Z28. I do have a lot of mods. You can check my member page for all of them. Time doesn't quite do my car justice right now. Haven't been to the track in a while.

Good kill!, but I like toying with the Zo6 vettes better! At high altitude they're no problem...at low elevation., I think it would be tough.
I kill SSs and WS6 TAs with no trouble up here where the air is thin!

The kid probably didn't know how to drive it. I own a 02 Z28 and it is pretty damn fast. I have full exhaust done including headers and slp lid and k&n. Mine will make heads turn.
I have ran an sc with it also. I ran mine against Vernon's sc. We took off from a crawl (10mph) and both nailed it. His front bumper was at my rear tire.
Nice pick manny.

If your time was the same as on your page, then that kid should have been bumper to bumper with you. The newer LS1 Camaro's are running a 13.6s stock quarter (with a half decent driver). But who wants to see another stock $30K car running 13's, it's way more impressive in a 2 ton Bird.

I don't think he knew how to drive it, mainly by the way I ate him up off the line, but my car is quite a bit faster than the 13.6's now. Oh and Jake, the SS's run 13.50's, the Z28's are more into high 13's low 14's stock. Regardless, I have taken an SS too, just not that bad.
