Smoked by a 2003 MazdaSpeed Protege. A good friend has a 5 speed and i got owned. Had a good 2 car lengths on me when i got to about 80mph. Good race for a Turbo vs. SC.

Smoked a SC2 Saturn in my LX though!!! hehehe, so what if a LX 3.8 is slow, at least i didnt get beat by a FWD, lol

umm it must have been modified even more...those run 15.4 in the 1/4 (says car and driver)

Yeah killer, that is what I was going to say. They are pretty slow and I think they only push 170HP. 1QuickV6 I think it is time for you to figure out what is wrong with your car.

Isn't that about what a stock SC ran when it was new? Doesn't sound like it would have to be modified since one car is new and the other 14 yrs old.

Yeah, there are a lot of stock SC's that are running slower then 15.4's

A friend of mine has one... it's really not that impressive at all.

The low-end is ridiculously horrible... the high end isn't really too great either.

Especially when you can pick up a Sentra Spec V or an SRT-4 for around the same price.

The only mod he has is an external BOV and a different header. Im not sure how he did but he did. And its ok if ya like Mazda, but id rather have a SVT Focus instead. Throw a Supercharger on it and go hunt the SRT4's.
