Elevation

How much does elevation affect SC's. If I ran let's say a 15.0 flat at sea level what do you estimate I would run at 5800 feet.

Elevation plays into things alot, but you have to take into consideration lots of other things. Humidity, Air temp, etc...
For example my intake & exhaust modified 94 typicaly runs 15.7s-16.0 at 3500ft in the summer but it has run as good as 15.2 on a cooler day with good air.
For comparison I ran the car once at Las Vegas( aprx 2000ft) with avg. conditions and it turned in 15.2s every pass.
I'm sure at 800ft or less it would typically run 14.8s.
The big thing about haveing a supercharger is at elevation that Z-28 that kicked your *** at sea level will be toast at elevation.
The air is thin and his car can't breathe..whereas the Sc makes its own air.....ever watch the low elevation NFL teams sit on the side line at Denver with respirators on between plays?, their bodies aren't conditioned for it.
to answer your question more direct..........you can expect about .7 to .9 sec difference, in the best of conditions
