However Friday night Hooters is on, my flight lands around 5:30, clear customs, get a Limo to Hooters I'll be starved by then and Andrew said he would give me a ride home after with my luggage.

How about we 'practice' for when the fluffy white stuff starts to fly and head out to Coffee Time at Victoria Park and Sheppard Avenue. I'll put this up in a new thread.

Well, it's gotta be an east end thing. I know what you mean, Ryan. Many don't care for the parking lot there, it IS cramped. I'll look around and see what I can find. Just thought it would be nice to do the whole coffee-shop thing for a change.

The Tickled Toad near Yonge and Steeles would be a good meet spot.
If you want to try a different Hooters, there's one at Yonge and Eglinton, but parking is kind a crapshoot along sidestreets.

No, Wayne, I didn't forget about that Timmy's. I thought it might be nice to avoid 1000 other enthusiasts so we can sit and chat, too. I'm gonna have a 'boo' tonight to see what else is available. I'd like to keep that one as a last resort.

And now for something completely different (in my best Monty Python accent)

Okay, so I spent a few hours driving around TO and found;
1) most coffee shops have lousy parking lots
2) the one's in my area (central TO) have two things in common...rice and fuzz
3) there aren't all that many that are as easy to get to as the one's we currently frequent
4) a lot of the shops are a little hole in the ground
5) there are a lot of streets that need re-paving - LOL!

Beautiful city my ....nevermind.:rolleyes:
