Question PM box full??

I only have 2 messages in my box and it says it's full.What gives here? Do I have to clear somthing??:confused:

Greg,

Messages sitting in your 'sent' folder count against your message quota. Also, if it's still working for you, messages in your 'message tracking' folder also count against your quota. For some reason, I don't even see the 'message tracking' folder on my account anymore.

Clean both of these out, in addition to your 'inbox', and your problems should go away.

Greg, when you're sending a p.m., and don't need a copy of it to keep for yourself, you can uncheck the 'Save a Copy' box, that way you won't be clogging up your sent items folder.
