rattling making me sick

i just hate it!!! it sounds like too many things and i can't put my finger on it. first it sounded like lose exhasust so i tightened up all the hangers...got rid of one vibration, but the other one is still there....then im thinking ok, it can be the tranny, but it shifts well, and doesnt slip much more than a regular aod slips...now im thinking ok, u joints right, but then it would do it all the time not just under load...so now im thinking it may be going lean and detonating... i took it up a hill to put it on some form of load and it sounded like it always does, almost like a cross between pinging and rattling coming from underneath the car...then when i get home i hear kinda like a ticking sound as i pull up the drive way and it sounds like its coming from the front where the harmonic balancer is

and now to top it off, i have a friggin cold/flu and feellike crap cuz i didnt sleep yesterday for a test i had today (which i did very well on, if i do say so myself) and don't know ~~~ to do...so here is my plan:
I'm taking it in to the place where i redid the engine and telling them its just making a noise and i think its the engine..and letting them worry about it! if then they tell me its not the engine, it goes back to the tranny shop under which i think i still have a few hundred more miles under warrnaty, then if they tell me nothings wrong it goes to the muffler shop to diagnose if it is a hissing cat conv.....then if they still don't know ~~~ is going on, i will get the biggest pipe bomb i can build and blow the moffugga up!!!

Al...I asked you the other day how it was running and you said great. So i presume that you haven't noticed a drop-off in power.
It sounds like your cat(s) are shot.

only noticeable loss in power is on a hot day top end...but thats pretty much how everyone is, except the sc fanatics...im looking into upgrading my fuel system but first it is off to the shop to see what they say...i dont want it to be detonating and pinging and not have it be enough to break it but then it cuts the life out of it...im taking it to a shop then letting uguys hear it and see what gives

maybe its the dingle balls lol check your pulleys mine made a rattle noise under full throtle and it was a pulley bearing..

i checked pulleys and they seem to be squeaking but not rattling...i think i have it down to the exhasut i her a hissing now at idle and at cetrtain rpms it makes a rattle

im probably going to gut them or just have the shop puty a piece of pipe straight for like 2 months until i can afford some random technology hi flos
