Found this over on the F-Body forums. Thought it was kinda cool. Wouldn't do it myself, but innovative non the less. So who's gonna try it on a SC? Enjoy.

I dont understand how the turbo could work so far back in the exhaust, but the dyno shows that it obviously does. Also i dont like the idea of my $800 turbo hanging out the @$$ end of my car a couple inches from the ground, one speed bump and your done:p

haha, I saw that setup a while back, I wonder how that turbo can produce enough presure so far back, and being so close to the ground, a little scary indeed.

You would be amazed at the power you can make with a turbo even back that far.
All you need is money$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$:p

They have an LT1 kit too but I'm not sure I am crazy enough to do that. I don't really think it'd work better then something under the hood either. Never seen anything like that before though!

why would you have less pressure further back in the exhaust than closer to the engine? I would suppose that the one thing you would loose would be response, or spool up time.
You can make a supercharged/turbo charged SC with this????

I worded it wrong, I was referring to spool up since it would take longer for the air to move through so much piping, plus the exhaust gas woudl not be as hot further back in the car, don't you want it closer to the header for optimal performance?
