I actually thought the doors were kinda slick... although I'd wager ours might be a little heavy for that treatment :-/

Don't hate me, guys.....I feel the same way about the doors, too. I couldn't imagine our doors being that much heavier than on a Lambo. But, then again, i've never worked on one.

This weekend is no good.........going shoppin'.........for 13's......N/A.

I think the doors will have to wait a while.....a LONG while.

BUT, a really cool project would be a rear-opening hood. Check out the link. This is something i'd love to do.

I'd prefer it to be hinged differently so it doesn't hang so low in the front, but......that's just a technicality.

Anyone know how this is done? No, really.

Other then the fact I really dislike Honda Civic hatchbakcs ( sedans aren't as bad) that car actually looks good. Its not a wild setup like most rice rockets, the front bumper is mild, body lines are good, only real thing that makes it look like a stang are the headlights. The rear bumper is a Saleen mustang knockoff as well, but you wouldn't really know. Impressive, doors look cool too, not bad at all for a harchback civic.
