If you take your time it is really straight forward. Just mark all your wires and stuff. You don't have to mess with the accessories because of the brackets they are on. just move them forward and you can get the heads off. Even the bolt behind the PS pump bracket you can get to if you take things off in the correct order. No adjustment on the lifters or anything. When I took stuff off I left the bolts with the peice i took off in the holes. It's more work to clean all the surfaces than to actually change gaskets. Good luck.......All in all I spent about $300.

Head gaskets (felpro for all gaskets)
Intake gaskets
Valve cover gaskets
Head bolts (2sets) (borrow a torque wrench if you don't have one)
Plugs (Just do it)
Wires (Just do it)
O2 sensors (Should do them)
Scotch bright dremel pads
oil
oil filter
antifreeze
