Need a good mechanic to take and heads of a 5.0

Does Any one know any good mechanic or some one experieced with the removal of a 5.0 T.bird alot of mods an HO kit, Need help doing this job but I am in Ocala and I have worked with three mechanics, But I knew more than they did. If any one is Interested It should not take more than 3 day's I will pay for tranportation, and lodging. I have tools, Jacks but If anyone is interested they should bring all the needed tools. just leave me a message. Thanks folks!

My roommate has a 94 Stang GT. He has supercharged it, tradedd out heads, pulled the motor, etc etc etc. If you want, I could ask him if he'd do it.
