I had it in a folder of old pics.

01-22-2004, 03:49 PM
I think it's GAY There's a Yellow Tbird running around OKC with that wing, and I laugh my A$$ off every time I see it.

03-30-2004, 09:54 PM
i have to agree with the "gay"-ness level of a 10... and yeah, there is a yellow one running around here (allentown, pa) with a huge loop, or an acura type R type wing on it,... looks real gay...

04-05-2004, 04:22 PM
i've seen taht yellow one for sale on ebay i think......embarrasment to the SC badge :( the wing.....id rather book around on a RAZOR scooter than be caught dead with that thing on my deck lid

04-05-2004, 10:07 PM
... it could be worse. I've seen Civics who's wings are higher than the roof. ****!!!

04-05-2004, 10:10 PM
ive seen a car with a wing on the hood......AT LAST SOMEBODY'S THINKING IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION

04-11-2004, 12:06 PM

04-12-2004, 07:28 PM
yes gayness to the tenth degree

04-13-2004, 08:34 PM
That's about UGLY... I wouldn't put that on a Honda.

04-13-2004, 08:53 PM
 This is a joke right

04-14-2004, 12:26 AM
Suks' Rich!!

05-29-2004, 12:48 PM
I will ask you the same thing that I was asked yesterday at the drive thru...

"Is that a honda or an acura?"

06-04-2004, 04:03 PM
That wing is AWFUL in my personal opinion....there is not a single line in it's design that lends anything to the Tbird platform! Completely out of place...especially on a Tbird!

06-27-2004, 01:53 PM
i was just at a car show in st. ignace, michigan and a guy had a white SC with that exact wing on it, he also had fart cans in the back, it was totally riced out, lights, decals, everything. looked ugly, but i liked it better than all the slomaro's and s-10's with rims on them.

09-11-2004, 09:42 PM
I think the word "spoiler" describes it accurately.

09-11-2004, 10:04 PM
Someone in my area has one too I just hope one of these hurricanes ripped it off and took it out to sea.

09-12-2004, 04:54 PM
That's got to be the worst spoiler I have ever seen!!

Who ever designed it .. has ABSOLUTELY no sense of styling vs Lines intergrations. Looking from the performance perspective.. there is none! Other then to create more drag at high speed. And from the styling perspective.. It sucks from all angles.

Maybe.. It'll make a good bike rack! :)

09-12-2004, 05:30 PM
WHO are the 6 people who voted LIKE in this vote???/ who i ask WHO?

09-14-2004, 02:18 AM
WHO are the 6 people who voted LIKE in this vote???/ who i ask WHO?

I say we start a line to slap them...

09-14-2004, 04:28 PM
I think it's terrible for our cars. It doesn't continue or compliment any lines.

It would look more appropriate on something with tremendous ground effects/skirts and body work.

Basically, everything has to be done with balance in mind. If you go outrageous on XXXX, than add super wacky YYYY piece.

Also remember I have a Cat, so even anything beyond the factory T-Bird usually is too much for me. I prefer clean lines rather than adding bulk to perpetrate muscle or speed or power.

I prefer 99% of cars in stock form.

12-13-2004, 02:50 AM
were can i order one ! :p ....That looks like sombodys nightmare ,Two big hairy toes down on that .

12-13-2004, 05:04 PM
That is a complete and utter auto fashion FELONY!!!! To answer ben04's ?---you have the option to show who voted for what on a poll when you make it...wonder if you can go back and edit to show who the Felonious Voters were? Actually, I don't think we should publicly humiliate them for their tastes in automobile pariphinalia. That's what ricer threads do. I say let them suffer in their own dark corners of the world that likes 40 lb...fiberglass...things....

12-21-2004, 03:33 PM
it is crappy I dont even like the spioler on ricers it is a ugly bad design.

03-22-2005, 01:56 PM
That has got to be the Fugliest wing I have ever seen!!!!
It's like a turd on a silver platter.
I found a nicer one than that. :D

03-24-2005, 12:25 AM
Theres a gold honda civic 4 door here that has that same spoiler in the bright yellow it comes in with bright yellow pin stripes down the sides, most terrible thing I've ever seen....except for it on a supercoupe

04-23-2005, 05:38 AM
I want to cast my vote as delicately as I can. Is hate a category?

08-14-2005, 04:41 PM
Ugly Ugly Ugly

10-03-2005, 10:51 AM
You know, I though seeing spoilers on trucks was horrible. But then you show me this!

A disgrace to the beautiful bird lugging it around....

04-26-2006, 11:05 PM
The ricer one sucks. I would say that it looks like the ones they sell at Walmart, but that looks more of the Dollar store variety....

But that one made of 2x4's is SWEEEET!!!

04-28-2006, 02:36 PM
Like that spoiler..........What??????

I freakin love it:D :D

Ok that was sarcasm if you didn't catch that

05-02-2006, 02:27 PM
NO! I know that there is a saying of "It takes all kinds". But that just doesnt fit with the rest of the car. I know that some people dont even like the idea of a spoiler on our cars. But, I have one on mine and even though some may not agree with a spoiler I think it goes with the lines and looks of my bird.

07-11-2006, 03:19 PM
Fugly

07-11-2006, 11:43 PM
this is how you do a spoiler

07-13-2006, 10:15 AM
this is how you do a spoiler

now thats a spoiler.

additionally, I think a 03-04 Cobra lip wing/Saleen wing would look bloody cool.

07-14-2006, 12:18 AM
How many think it's a little too Shogun?

I love those spoilers..........
.......always good for a point-and-laugh...
Looks like a photochop, I hope the computer that did that was destroyed since!:)

11-15-2006, 04:45 PM

02-03-2007, 02:12 PM
that is ugly....dont put it on the t-bird.

Here's mine. I don't like the wings because i think they have been done to death.
My 71 Mustang has a wing, and it came from the factory. Since it was the first car to have a rear wing from the factory(the Challenger/Cuda comes in close second place), I think it has a right to proudly display it.
35 years later, the world is full of wannabes, and the wings have lost thier lustre for me. Although I do like the looks of that blue one on Jack Price's blue SC, but only in profile.

The spoiler on my SC came on the car when I bought it and I had every intenetion of taking it off, but it is pretty innocuos and low-profile, plus it seems to 'balance out' the ground effects a little...so I kept it.

04-12-2007, 08:41 PM
i wanted a unique spoiler that no one would have so i made my own nascar style spoiler, i think it goes well with the black "stealth" theme i'm carrying throughout the car.

Kit Sullivan
04-13-2007, 12:17 PM
Yeah, that looks good! Unique also, so I really like it.

04-13-2007, 09:51 PM
now thats a spoiler.

additionally, I think a 03-04 Cobra lip wing/Saleen wing would look bloody cool.

Looks like a shopping cart.

(Holy OLD POST!)

04-16-2007, 09:30 PM
Looks like somebody left it out in the sun too long and it melted.

08-20-2007, 12:07 PM
it does look like a shopping cart.

look at jason jobe's old car.. the yellow 96. has the cobra r wing. btw, he is selling it ;)

06-28-2009, 07:17 PM
to me that don't fit with the t -bird body , maybe a civic or something.

06-28-2009, 11:02 PM
i am opposed to spoilers on the sc other than the small lip that hugs the trunklid.

they just look out of place, i like the smoothness..

08-13-2009, 11:32 AM
its ugly simply ugly...
