I was wondering if the crank sensor, crankshaft timing sensor and the crankshaft positioning sensor were the same part just under diffrent names. Its listed as the crankshaft timing sensor in my repair manual and crankshaft positioning sensor at the place I plan on ordering the part. I'm going to install it myself but before I dished out the 55 dollars I wanted to be sure of my parts please reply soon. Thanks for the help.

Basically. Yes. And the price indicates that you should have the right part. They run about $50.
Glkad to help. :)

Thanks again for replying. Looks like i'll have somethin to do this weekend takin it apart along with plugs and pcv valve :). Maybe even an air silencer removal and sc fluid check if im feelin spunky.
