Need some help

Are any of you knowledgeable about smoging our cars, or how to get them to pass. I failed smog the other day. I guess I have some unburned fuel. I imagine new cats should take care of it. What do you think?

I have failed 3 times and Mark Has. has failed 3-4 times aswell. we are working on a eectuner program with Dr. Fred to get our cars to pass.

Cats may be your problem though.
