Help with codes

Okay, trying to figure out what these codes mean. I did the key on engine off test using the jumper wire and got nothing(11 code) Then did the key on engine running test with the jumper and got 38 and 65. I've seen so many conflicting engine code websites that I don't know what to beleive.

my code reader book says that code 65 is a continuous memory code that means 'fuel injector never went closed loop". Cant find anything on 38. Maybe you got he code wrong. Hope this helps some.
