Just wondering what mileages these cars are at now and how they doing.....mine's at 137,000 now going great since I got it in June had to replace the alternator, plugs and wires, fuel pump, and clean injectors. I think that's pretty good since wheni bought it it only had 120,000.

i am lucky to have only 45,6XX on the clock. I bought it with 38,749 miles in late July of this year........which means I drive way too much!

My car still hasn't had a tune up, the only thing I replaced was the air filter and changed the oil a few times. The previous owner who was the original owner only changed the radiator because the tanks were leaking and changed the transmission fluid over to Mobile One. It still has the original plugs, wires, pcv valve, fuel filter, belts and......well everything! And I love that!

120k

Got it in 10/94 with 38k. Some significant repairs over the last few months but overall, now feels 3 years newer and will continue to be the daily driver.

I think mine had about 193,000 km on it, when it went into my garage here last month ... that's about 120,000 miles for my friends south of the border. ;)

And here I thought I've put more on it than most people, but 271,000 impresses the hell out of me!

I've got 125K & change, with no major mechanicals - only routine maintenance and things like water pump, motor mounts, and various bushings. Honestly, in the past I'd never been impressed with the longevity of American cars (and American bikes, feh!), so this is way more than I expected. Then again, I love the car, so I probably take a bit better care of it than people usually do with their daily drivers.

304,547 miles on my '89. You name it and I've probably replaced it and maybe more than once. It has only failed to start for me once in the 11 years that I've owned it (bought it at 25,000). Crank sensor went TU last October.

Purchased with 87k, now with 95k. It had prior work done, of an unknown origin. I have done some work so far, needs a little more. It has my '97 2.5L Jeep with 180k to compete with for reliability!

Remarkable cars, and I have certainly seen quite a few with many many miles over my nearly 3 years at this forum!

My 91 SC has 148,XXX and when I purchased her over a year ago she was at 122,XXX ...she's been through my wallet...first headgasket, tranny, blancer...and well all the tune up stuff...then of course performance... :D

Love the car and I'm greatful I finally got one! It's nice to have a car that is enjoyable no matter what the distance.

my 1995 automatic has 89,000 on it. Had about 50,000 on it when i bought it in March 1999. So far the only thing to go bad was the alternator late last year. I really don't drive it so much. I also have a 1987 Monte Carlo SS with 101,000 in it. Had it since I was 16 (and now I am 26) bought the SS with like 40,000 or so. Neither one gets driven so much anymore. I own a car lot so I usually drive something from it.

I have a 91 5 Speed. It has 108K on it now and had 79K when I bought it back in 97. I've only done oil changes, coolant, & t-stat. I changed out the original plugs and wires at 104K. I'm getting ready to install new struts/shocks & Eibach springs. Along with a set of air bags for the rear from SuperCoupe Performance.

I bought my 92 with just over 81K on it last August, broke down halfway home in an 1100 mile trip (original fuel filter was plugged tight). Since then have done oil change, plugs, wires, radiator, valve cover gaskets. Now it has just under 85K. I need to put new motor mounts in it and I'm going to replace most bushings and probably shocks/struts soon. I just love this car and wish I had more time and money to play with it. I just don't want to put too many miles on it at this point.

yeah i just rolled over 100,000 last week, and im kind of sad in a way. well lets see i bought the car with 95,xxx and at 96,xxx it blew the HGs. then still in the 96,xxxs after the HGs were put in it bent a rod. so yes this car has cost me a ton for being stock. i owned it for 1000 miles when this was done...... HGs, engine rebuild, tranny rebuild, cam sensor, 02 sensors, plugs, wires, coil, fixed some wiring. but shes good to go now and exhaust, pulley, cool air, and shifter all coming in a month or so.

I bought my 94 SC new and it has 74,600 miles on it. So far no blown head gaskets. This vehicle has been pampered to point of absurditiy but it was one of my dream cars (other being 66 GTO). I only use Mobile 1 synthetic, never beat on it, change radiator fluid yearly, have it undercoated yearly since moving to northeast from Florida a few years back and have diamond gloss finish done annually since having it repainted. So far only unreplacable part to go has been odometer.
