Alex:

I think it's just a matter of getting someone who is willing to put in the time to organize things. I've organized a couple of meets in the past including a dyno day and a toy run but cannot devote the time to do 3-4 events a year. When I've done things we pull people from CT, MA, RI, NY, MA it's really a regional thing. I've also included TCCoA people if you talk to Mark McCormic (sp?) from Boston he's always able to get a couple more people.

There is definate interest we just need someone locally who is willing to devote the time to organize things. I'm more than willing to help out but simply do not have the time to take the lead.

..

Thanks for the response ( SCrazy). I dont think myself, it would take that much time to get some people together but i would like to do more local events. So its easier and have more fun getting together quicker, easier, less costly then renting hotels etc. But i do understand to make a couple big events a year or so.. i'm just wondering now how many people would be interested in a CT Chapter ? Thanks Alex LaChance

(SCrazy) could you e-mail me some details of what u think would be the challange of getting the events together, i'm not totally experienced in this, maybe you could give me some tips on the hard stuff and what would be involved. but i have done Some club work in the past in my brothers Lowrider Car Club (Low IV Life).

Hey, I'll give you all the info you need....

I currently run the SCCOA of NJ chapter and also run the NJTACC (New Jersey Thunderbird and Cougar Club). I would be willing to help in any way possible.

Feel free to call me at (973) 277-4294.

I will be able to talk to you about the things needed to make a good chapter and meet ideas.
