My 90 SC gets boost, yet has little or no kick. I do not hear the supercharger like I should either.

How much boost does your gauge register and at what RPM? How does your car idle, and what gas mileage does it get?
Have you checked the fluid level in the supercharger? There is a 3/16" allen head bolt flush w/ the right side of the top Supercharger surface, next to the snout. Fluid should be even with the bottom of the bolts threads.
As a general idea w/o further details, I will say if you are getting full boost registered on the gauge, you could have clogged catalytic converters.
Any additional information you can provide about strange things your car may be doing, if any, would be helpful..

How much boost? Is the "lack of kick" a recent thing? Has there been any work done on the SC lately?
Could be something simple, or could be something more.... Hard to say at this point.
