NJTACC Member visits Ca in April!!!

I'm finding myself on my first visit to see my "living & breathing" love of my life :D in Ca. next month and as co-founder of the NJ chapter of SCCOA , I would LOVE to put time aside to attend one of your meets.

My weekends are currently open so I'd be willing to make my flight arrangements to accomodate one of your club events.

Anything going on in April??

About the only thing this month that I'm aware of is an informal get-together at Irwindale Raceway on the 21st. So far, a few of us are planning to go; hopefully more will come too. If you're in the area, hope you can make it.

john do we have any official meetings or meeting places I have not officialy joined the sccoa and would like to join thru the sccosc + would like to setup some of our so cal guys with inverted setups before the big jim demmit show down so cal has always had the reputation of having the fastest cars now we need to earn our title back im working with mecury65 on a water cooled blower on inverted setup with posibility of propane injection so we can run 22-24lbs boost as the ricers do, heads will of course have to be o ringed propane can raise octane to 104 range and lower intake charge below50-60 deg below zero.

Manny, we don't have any "official" meetings...we don't have ANY meetings. It's been dead in this area for a while, but maybe we can discuss and cook up some outings if we can get a turnout at Irwindale the 21st. All are welcome!

Your work sounds pretty innovative; I'm very interested in seeing what you've done. Hope you can bring some samples.

Um, I ran the "southern MN12 Group" in Texas that had Texas, Arkansas, Oklamhoma, and Louisiana all involved. It was just a year old, but we were doing pretty good. I was doing yearly meets (had the first one and was already working on the second one) but that kinda went bust when I moved.

Southern MN12 Group is no more. If someone wants to help me, we can do something like that again. Name doesn't matter to me. I can host the website (heck, I already host 7 of them on my home machine anyway).

A good ACTIVE group is always fun to be around. Also, if manny wants, we could get together w/his designs and take some slightly better pics of them w/my digital camera...who knows, maybe someone in SoCal has some helpful hints for him too.

Btw---someplace in San Diego is another Short Wheel Base SC! We've gotta find this dude!

damn guys...I've been here three days and I feel like I'm in a MN12 mecca with all the cougars and thunderbirds I've seen!!

I've found a cougar xr7 out here I'm tempted to buy and leave at my honey's house for my Ca. visits.

If you guys are serious about making a ACTIVE and exciting club I'd be all for buying it and helping organize/develope the club. In NJ, in only 4 months we've jumped from 5 members to over 30. Check out our yahoo webpage groups.yahoo.com/group/NJTaCC. (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/NJTaCC.)

well,

here in my neighborhood there is one other 35th, a 90 or 91 on 20" a white 91, a blue 89, and a few other ones that i've only seen on the streets...i'm still trying to see if they would like to meet or go to the track to see what they got and to meet up with some of you all
