Ok I raced a 1995 Camaro Z28 and got beat a while back. I was looking up the 1/4 mile time on them and they run a 14.20 stock in the 1/4. He also had gears, exhaust, and intake. With those mods and him only pulling like a car and a half on me about what do you think my cougar would run in the quarter. Thanks

there are entirely too many factors to take in to consideration, and racing on the street is not going to give you any comparison how fast your car is compared to another. Why dont you start by telling us what kind of mods you have, then we will tell you how much potential your car has to run a certain 1/4 time.

true, not ever camaro ran stock, and i bet this guy wasnt a pro driver...if you dont have mods, and he only beat you by that much, dont count on a stock bird to be reaching low 14's

No I'm not thinking a low 14 i was thinking a low 15 highg 14 cause it is faster than any other sc around me and I can drive it very well so.

The only true way to find out what your car will really do, is to take it to the track and run it a few times.

Most tracks only charge 20-40 bucks and you can run all day.
I suggest you make about 8-10 passes and then average them!
That will give you good baseline numbers and give you a good way of knowing just how much your mods are doing.

When you look at the cost of going to the track, it still cheeper than getting a G-Teck. It's also more accurate, and you dont have to worry about speeding tickets ........

I got my 91 almost done, my CMRE stage 1 cam should be in in a day or 2, so my car will be ready for spring, you can see her on my member page, ive done a few things to her...but i wanna see how ur car goes, looks like a cool project.
