4.6 v8 swap

quick question//have 94 t bird 4.6 engine.. will a 4.6 cobra motor out of a mark v111 lincoln be a direct swap? would there be any problems if i put a 4.6 mark v 111 motor in the t bird? any info will be apprreciated.. thx
