are this the rigth parts number for the lower/upper control arms?

The Lower control Arms are according to my crash book:
89 to 95 Supercoupes
L : F5SZ-3079- B Roughly 100 bucks (O. E.)
R : F3SZ-3078- B Roughly 125 bucks (O. E.)
96 to 97 (Are basically same price as above prices)
L : F5SZ-3079-B
R : F5SZ-3078-B
The Upper Control Arms are: Roughly 66 bucks (O.E.) for Each
All Years (89 to 97)
L : F3SZ-3085-A
R : F3SZ-3084-A
TRW makes these... at least the uppers, cause I purchased each side for my SC a month ago.
But yes you were in the right ballpark

Those are the correct current part numbers from Ford for the arms. Uppers are the same as all other 89 - 97 Birds / Cougars, lowers are specific to SC and 89 - 91 XR-7 (different bushing material). 3084 is R/S, 3085 L/S ... 3079 L/S, 3078 R/S.
