i bought my sc from a friend in need of some money for $800 dollars. he just put a diff tranny in it that he bought used and all componets with that clutch etc. any ways he couldnt get the clutch to bleed was a big reason he sold it also. so i went over there and gave him the cash for it, replaced the clutch master cylinder and drove the car home. it leaked oil when running out of the oil pick up, and transmission fluid all the time out of the rear housing seal. now it just blew a head gasket and i am in the process of changing them. i still think i got a deal though it is an awesome car and runs real hard when it runs.

If you've got the time and the money and you can do the work yourself you got a fine deal. Many people have said that the bearings went within a year if they replaced the blown headgaskets and didn't do the bottom end as well...
