I'll travel down to Orange County if I have to. Has anyone had experience with a local shop? There are a few shops around here, but I wanted to see what my fellow SCCoSC said first. I'm going to get a new set of down pipes, hi-flow converters, and resonator. I already have larger pipeing from the resonator to my Magnaflows.

Thanks guys!

Beer Baron...
There is only one guy in T.O. that is good with our cars and that is Magic Muffler on Thousand Oaks Blvd.
I shopped around a couple of months ago to find someone who could do my Magnaflow resonator and Magic was the only one that could do it. They knew my car and knew the part. They did a great job.
Tell them that you are with the SCCoSC and the guy might even cut you a price break. Let him know we are sending him business from our club and perhaps we can get some better deals in the future.

Good Luck.
Ron

RonzSC,

Thanks! I'll give them a call. I know the place your talking about, I must have driven past it a hundred times. I'll tell them that they came highly recomended from a SCCoSC member and that we need a good place we can trust to work on our cars.

Thanks again!

if you need another option, i had mine done at a place in anaheim, called anchor muffler shop. i printed out a pic from supercoupeperformance and asked the guy if he could duplicate it, and he did. it was 2.25 from the headers into the catco hi flow cats, and then 2.5 from cats to magnaflow resonator, then a 3" from the res, to the back and then there was a collector that took it from the 3" into (2) 2.5" pipes into flowmaster mufflers.
i just recently had my cats cut off from another "secret shop" and had straight pipes put in, it is insanely loud.
