What plugs, wires should I get?

Got the engine apart, gonna need to replace the plugs and wires in addition to the head gaskets and head bolts.

Gonna try to order what I can from Summit (I think). What wires do y'all suggest?
Plugs?
Head Gaskets (part #)?
Head bolts?

Anything else I'm forgetting?

I'm on a tight budget, but I'm going to try to do this stuff in the engine as best I can, cause I DO NOT want to go in like this again!!!

Stay with the Motorcraft Double Plat, or the Autolite Double Plat, do not, i repeat, do not, use the Bosch Platinum plugs. They are junk.

For wires use a quality set.

Motorcraft, Bosch, Taylor, MSD, Accel, just make sure they are 8mm supressor wire.
