I found this 92 super coupe MTX. It has a bad knock in the lower end. I paid $300 for it So Im going to rebuild the engine, and do some performance mods shooting for 350rwhp
The first ? Im going to ask is what spark plugs to run :p Maybe on second tought I will use the search:eek: But if any one wants post some links to some good performance threads go right ahead. Any way here is some pics

Hello Saber, and welcome!
Looks like you got a pretty nice deal there.. these cars are great for this if you can do the work yourself.
By now, most questions you could have about this car have been covered in either the FAQ or Lit section on the main page, or can be found in the forums using various search queries. There is a wealth of very useful information.
The favorite plugs for a stock application are Autolite Double Platinum APP 2544. APP 764s can be substituted in the event that the others are not available. Motorcrafts now only make single platinum plugs, which they call double platinum because the tip is platinum coated on the firing end of the plug for our ignition system, which uses opposite ends for each bank of cylinders.
BTW, while you have the motor out, now would be an excellent time to replace the weak factory hydralic Motor and transmission mounts with solid rubber units from either MN12Performance.com or Supercoupeperformance.com.
Many parts for this car have now been accounted for in the aftermarket, much of which is the result of custom building/machining on the part of various parties. Hence aftermarket pieces tend to be superior to the original stock design, and more parts become available all the time.
Goodluck, and if you have any more questions just post in the main forums!

Thanks for the warm welcome. I have owned and workded on 2gen Probe GTs and 300ZXs so to me this sc dose not look like a big deal to work on, but that lower supercharger pipe was a pain in the butt to get out.
