not sure on this one either

this thing is missin somehow especially when it goes into boost at all,it will be noticable sometimes when its idling, or runnin normally, it will like hit like a quick shutter,but it just freaks out when it goes into boost,i have changed the new coil with the old one,same thing,i have checked all the wires and coil while runnin lookin for a srark or n arc anywhere,nothin, i dont beleive fuel pressure is an issue,those of you who dont know what my deal is i just put a 94 engine in my car n my car is a 90,i know about the injector issue but it turns out that the motor i put in the car had the red injectors,meaning the old motor had 30 pnd. injectors n the new one does also, the new motor does have the 94 blower though,is it possible that i have a vacum line crossed on the blower or something that might be causin this or are we still maybe talkin n ignition problem
