Went to the Chicago Auto show and....

Good lord ford has an impressive line up. Ford is taking over the performance market with their Ferarri and porshe beating Ford GT, the viper destroying 600hp v10 shelby cobra, and of course the new mustang gt with it's 3v vvt technology pushing out a solid 300hp and 315tq built on a brand new chassis that is stiffer than what BMW is producing all for under 30g's. It's good to be a ford fanatic these days because Bill Ford Jr knows ~~~ he is doing. It's funny because you see chevy advertising 10 new cars in 18 months, but Ford is coming out with 15 new cars in 22 months.

Wow...i didnt know the Cobra was coming out with a V10...i had read about the 'boss' coming out wiht a v10, but not the cobra....and with 600 horses? sweet.

Anyone see the Saleen Focus? I didn't even know that they made one. Apparently chevy is dropping the cavalier. The new lincolns look nice. I really liked the SRT10 Dodge ram truck, and its a 6 spd. I didn't like how all the high end cars were locked or restricted though. Oh, and cadillac has a new z line coming out to compete with amg and m series. First is the CTS with a ls1 and a 6spd from the Z06, all in a 4 door chassis. Talk about your luxury and speed. Overall, not a bad show.

Yeah i saw the Saleen Focus, pretty freakin pathetic if you ask me. That's real power there at a whopping 150 hp & 160tq. I didn't even know they made one, and those figures are probably why. I'm sorry, i just can't get over the fact that the car looks like a rolling toaster. I was really impressed with what ford as coming out in their lineup, and was it me or did it seem like almost every manufacturer had one riced out car that was totally roped off?
