question about a bolt and where it goes

I have this bolt.
The bolt snapped off while going down the road. It has silicone on the threads and the threads CLEARLY broken. The numbers on the front of the bolt say 109. It's about a half inch round on top .

whered it come from? engine? interior? pics would be helpful

The size was? 1/2" or 3/4"
3\4" or larger then it would maybe be the harmonic balancer bolt. If you stick your finger into the bottom pulley center, as far in as you can reach you should feel 4 smaller bolts in a circular pattern holding the pulley to the damper, and a real large bolt in the very center. If no bolt, then you need a new balancer and bolt/washer. Is this the bolt I'm talking about? Your pics didn't come through posting....
