sunroof cover anti-rattle clips

I only have one and I went to the dealer and they say they are no longer available. I went to a couple of local places that put in sunroofs and they don't have them either.

Anyone know of a source for these? The noise my cover makes is driving me nuts

Recent sunroof work has revealed to me that my left side antirattle clip on the visor has also broken. I am not sure of the exact role of these clips, but my visor does not stay in place on top of the tracks and I assume this broken clip is contributing to the problem.

As others have found, I am unable to locate a new source for these. Therefore I would like to fabricate something else which would replace their function, however I don't know where to start, lol.

Might anyone be able to offer any suggestions for this?

Thanks!

I would certainly be interested in a product like this, unfortunately I am unable to provide information useful as a schematic.

Is there anyone else who might be able to do this?

Again, this is in reference to the small black plastic clips found on the rear of the sunroof visor/shade. These clips are approx. 1/2" in length, and have a slight stepped elevation at the end.
