Maybe we can combine a meet-find a good place and pull a 4 or 5 state meet between the guys in Iowa, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota and Nebraska? I guess that would be kind of a regional meet?

Im in Chicago. We are always looking for meets with fellow SC`ers. Well actualy sw berbs but this spring we all need to meet up at some of the shows around here. The last show I was at 99% of the people that saw our cars wanted to know where we got the blower kits from:eek:

From Tinley Park and new to the forum...great board.

Currently have a 1994 5-speed SC with 68K miles. Pearl white on tan leather. As of now the car is stock but after finding this place it won't be for long.

It would be great of we could get some kind of meet together in Chicagoland, I'd love to see some of your SC's and maybe get some more ideas.

This is a bad week end for me to with Easter and all. Im from Palos Heights pearl 94. There`s a lot of Sc`s floating around here as all my son`s friends all drive Sc`s now. As soon as it get warm out will will do some meets. If any of you local guys need parts let me know as I need to clear some out. Mark

I'm not too far from Chicago myself. There are quite a few birds here in SW Michigan. We have my 2 that are mobile, one is a project, Steve's 89 5-speed lowered w/ 18's, Adam's 35th auto w/ steig cam, Chris' pearl 95 lowered w/ 18's, Derek's 94 auto, and Mark's 89 XR-7 5-speed. There are a few others around this area but they aren't actively into get togethers and club activities such as the guys I listed. Maybe we could roll out to Chicago sometime this summer for a meet?

Look at the pic in my profile. I live on the bluff, if you were to swim across that lake I'd be in downtown Chicago. On a clear night I can see the lights from the sky scrapers in downtown. Its about a 2 hour drive w/ traffic to get to Chicago. I've got family in downers grove and melrose park. If they'd hurry up and open the ferry service from my side of the lake to yours I could be there quickly and save the gas too!

Well, as soon as my manifold/plenum is completed (getting the randy and connie mod), pearl will be road worthy, and ready to eat some vettes. Until then, I still got my 94 auto, which is still fun. I'm plannin on heading to the track in the near future if anyone is interested. Peace.

If you want to meet up maybe at US-41 I might be able to make it out one of these weekends. I'm still trying to baseline my 90. I couldn't pass tech one week, next week the track was closed due to weather and I am now working friday evening when they have test and tune, so I need to request a day off work for the sole purpose of going racing. Let me know a day a few weeks in advance and I'll see what I can do.

Well, I'm only able to do friday nights after work, or sundays. Once pearl is finished, my work will have to make some exceptions.
