Do they flow signifiantly better than stock cats, how do they compare in flow with no cats? How do they sound, Do they eleminate and of the drone? I need to pass emissions, and i want my car quiet again, whats a good setup for the sc to be quiet and still flow good?

get em

if you need to pass emissions then go for it, they are significantly better than stock, the stocks are at a 90 degree angle, and flow like poop...i'd reccomend them it should sound alright IMO

Yes, I would also reccomend them. They will flow much better then stock, and be much quieter then without any at all. You'll want to remove the replace the resonator also with a high-flow muffler. The most restrictive parts on an SC exhuast are:

1. Resonator
2. Cats
3. Mufflers
4. Pipe

You can get good CatCo or Dynomax Super Convertors from Summit Racing for about $50 each.
