does opening exhaust help car run cooler?

hey guys, like the subject says, will opening up the exhaust fully help the car run any cooler? im just curious,, but i plan on adding a 5% pulley also.. which will also create more heat, so will i notice any difference with open exhaust and 5%? thanks

hmm..

Anytime you get heated exhaust gas out of the engine its not going to run quiet as hot, but I doubt you will notice a difference. That 5% will create a ton of heat in itself. On the other hand, you will notice a seat of the pants differnce with these two mods!

it's not like it's overheating now, but i was just curious, because even stock setting have car running too hot for me. buti guess it's supposed to be like that, just worries me in texas heat. but i like the way u describe the power boost, im gonna have cant wait. Thanks--
